However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are completely error-free. Slight variations may occur due to handmade elements or monitor settings. Custom orders are produced based on your selections; once production begins, changes may be limited (see Section 7).

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and other methods listed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
5. TAXES & CUSTOMS
You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes, as well as customs duties and import fees that may be charged upon delivery. We do not collect these fees; please consult your local customs office for estimates.
6. SHIPPING & DISCREET PACKAGING
We ship worldwide using reliable carriers. All packages are shipped in unmarked boxes with no logos or references to the contents. The return address will list a generic name (e.g., "DDH Logistics" ). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
7. ORDER MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION
You may request modifications or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have begun, and we cannot guarantee changes. If you cancel after the 12‑hour window, a cancellation fee of up to 15% of the order total may apply to cover processing and materials.
8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will then evaluate and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights. Customized items are final sale.
9. WARRANTY
We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of delivery (extended to three years for DDH+ Insider members). This warranty covers structural failures (e.g., skeleton breakage, material tearing under normal use) but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper maintenance. For warranty claims, contact support with proof of purchase and description of the issue.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
